Thank you for your question.

The ISO7710 device has no EN pin, as shown in the datasheet: ISO7710 High Speed, Robust EMC Reinforced Single-Channel Digital Isolator datasheet. Please see image below:

If you require a EN pin for the isolator device, a larger package isolator, such as ISO6731DW, would be an option as well: ISO6731 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com
