Part Number: ISO6740

Tool/software:

HI,

PDN #20230621002.3 stated that pn in the subject is a pin for pin replacement for pn ISO7240ADW. However the voltage is different is this correct?

Thank you,

  • Hello,

    Thanks for your question.

If you mean supply voltage, yes it is different.

The ISO7240A device supports a recommended supply voltage of 3.15-5.5V. The ISO6740 supports 1.71V-1.89V and 2.25V-5.5V.

Since the ISO6740 has a wider supply voltage range, the same supply voltage used for ISO7240A should work for the ISO6740.

    Hope this helps.
