Thanks for your question.
If you mean supply voltage, yes it is different.
The ISO7240A device supports a recommended supply voltage of 3.15-5.5V. The ISO6740 supports 1.71V-1.89V and 2.25V-5.5V.
Since the ISO6740 has a wider supply voltage range, the same supply voltage used for ISO7240A should work for the ISO6740.
