    Hello Zoey, 

    The ISO1211 is designed to meet IEC 61131-2 standard digital input thresholds. The voltage input thresholds can be set using Rthr, however, the lowest valid high VIH is 8.25V. Therefore, the ISO1211 cannot support 0-5V logic. 

    One solution would be to use ISOM8710 with an appropriately sized resistor to turn on (IF>2mA) for both 5V and 24V inputs.
