ISO7842: pin7 in DWE package

Hi Expert, 

My customer is using ISO7842DWE package, for pin7, it is not connected in the datasheet, but customer want to connect 3.3V power with 300-500mA continues current.

I am not sure if this pin is high impendence or not, could afford this power supply.

    Hi Chi,

    Thanks for your question.

    The NC pins on the device are not internally connected to the device. As long as the absolute maximum ratings are taken into consideration, a signal can be applied to a NC pin with no impact. Violating the absolute maximum ratings can damage the device and also void the warranty of the device.
