Do we have OPEN COLLECTOR output digital isolator, customer need such device with 6 channels & reinforced isolation.

If we don't have, whether we can just suggest customer to add external BJT here? Thanks.

Only I²C isolators (with bidirectional channels) have open-drain ouptuts.

You can indeed add BJTs. If you do not want to invert the signals, use open-drain buffers (SN74LVC07A, SN74LVC1G07 etc.).
