But there are also places where other venders follow 101 and 102.
By what criteria do you all evaluate AEC?
Is there no problem if only one of the three went ahead?

Hello Chae,
Clemens is correct. AEC-Q100 is the automotive standard for integrated chips. ISOM8110-Q1 uses the Q100 version of the standard because there are no optoelectronics. Other automotive photocouplers are evaluated to the Q102 standard.

Hello, Andrew.
Am I misunderstanding something? Looking at the picture below, it says "opto-emulator," so I was curious and asked. Different manufacturers evaluate AEC standards differently, which is confusing. When I look at TR alone, it seems like 101, but when I look at the diode part, it seems like IC.
Thank you.
The ISOM811x are designed to be compatible with optocouplers, but they actually contain much digital logic and are integrated chips.
Hello Chae,
The ISOM811x uses TI's digital isolation technology to create a solution that is compatible to light-based optocouplers. Therefore, the ISOM811x fall under the integrated circuit portion of the AEC standard. The following documents cover the differences in internal technology.

Andrew
