Dear Sir/Mam,
We are using the ISO3080 IC for our RS-485 module, which is currently implemented in full-duplex mode. However, we need to convert it to half-duplex. To achieve this, we tested by shorting the AY and BZ pins and connecting it to another module A & B (JBD-LCD that is a half-duplex module), but communication is not establishing with that module.
We also tried using 60Ω and 120Ω termination resistors, but the communication still did not work. Please provide a solution or any relevant documentation on converting full-duplex RS-485 to half-duplex.
