Yes, that looks good. The schematic looks like the ideal setup for ISO1430. Make sure that decoupling capacitors are placed close to the supply pins in the PCB layout.

It might be useful for debuggin. If you do not know what to do with it, remove it.

The 0-ohm jumper on pin 3 is optional. Some designs do not need the receiver, and the 0-ohm jumper can be removed to leave the pin floating.
