Tool/software:
Recently, the ISO3082 used by our company has been put into mass production on a 150k model. This model is a new product of our company and only started mass production this year. During on-site application, several cases of abnormal communication issues were found.
The specific manifestations are as follows: Once our equipment starts to operate, the communication between the upper computer and the DSP will lose contact, or the communication delay will be large, or packet loss will occur frequently. When the equipment is shut down, it operates normally.
It can now be initially determined that it is an interference issue. When our device was running, it caused strong interference to the communication chip, resulting in an abnormality.
After-sales personnel can initially solve the problem through the following several methods:
Change the communication line to a shielded line
2. Add safety capacitors to PE for the control power supply GND and 24V.
3. Check the wiring from the equipment to the PE to ensure good grounding.
However, most of the above-mentioned methods can solve the problem, but there are still a few cases where they still don't work.
Our idea is to ask TI's technology to help us evaluate and inspect the peripheral circuits of our ISO3082 to see if there are any problems with the peripheral circuits or if there is still room for optimization to enhance the anti-interference ability of the chip.

Compared with our previous plan, I found some differences.
Figure 4 shows the ±15V +24V and GND of the old product, which performs common-mode voltage suppression on the safety capacitors with a large number of PE.
However, these capacitors have been removed from the new product, and there is no difference in the peripheral circuits related to communication ISO3082.
Please give me your advice. thanks.
