As Aaditya stated, E2E is primarily for providing technical guidance and we do not provide support related to PPAP. The best way to get support for PPAP is through Customer support center | TI.com.

On this page, you will 3 options at the bottom of the page (as shown in the screenshot below). Please choose either "Submit a support ticket" or "Live chat" option to inquire about your PPAP request.
