There is no 16:1 mux with a more modern family. HC is the preferred family for this application. Recently, TI has released the CD74HC4067-Q1.

Hi Gareth,

Clemens is correct, HC is the latest family. However CD4067BPW did recently go through a die refresh. The functionality should still be the same as before, but it is now manufactured on more modern technology.
