IF SO WHAT PROTECTION DO THE MOSFETS NEED TO MAKE SURE THEY DONT FAIL FROM LATCHUP OF THE DRIVER

Hi Willie,

The device can run at 400kHz but will be limited in output power to the IGBT / MOSFET. If your application can work with MOSFETs / IGBTs of that need a maximum of 109.25mW then you would not have any problem using ISO5851 to drive these MOSFETs / IGBTs.
