Could you please let me know the difference of VIORM, VPR and VIOTM?
Also please let me know the test method for these parameters.
If there is any documents, please let me know.

Our customer interested in IOS721 and they asked this information.

VIORM and VIOTM are defined in 'Isolation Glossary' which is referenced in section 13 (page 27) of the data sheet. The link is provided below:

VPR is the actual input to output test voltage applied to the device during qualification and production test phases of the device.

One additional note: For new designs, we recommend ISO7310C instead of ISO721. ISO7310C is pin compatible with ISO721 and with much improved performance.

Hello Saleem san,

Thank you for the information. I will check the application note.
The customer would like to use the low propagation delay device.
I think that the ISO7310C propagation delay is larger than the ISO721 propagation delay.
