hello

i look for a digital isolator which at least has two ouputs channels than can be separated by 400V.

    Hi Mame,

    Could you please describe more details about your application and their isolation requirements?
    Most of our digital isolators should be able to support input - output isolation working voltage of at least 400V, please have a look at the device ISO7320C that supports 400Vrms of working voltage.

    I need an isolator with two ouputs channels. for requirements this isolation between input and output must be at least 500V more and the two output can be separated by 500V. I use this isolator to drive two mosfet high side mos and low side mos of an inverter.
