ISO7141CC: thermal model for the above mentioned part
Section 6.4 of datasheet shows the thermal information related to the device. Is this what you are looking for?
If not, could you please give a few more details as to what is being expected in the thermal model you are asking?

i am not referring to the thermal characteristics , i need a thermal model , you can see the thermal simulation in webench tool where thermal table is also been available there, like wise i need it as a thermal model generally for higher power dissipation components they will have the thermal model, but i want for this part even its's power dissipation is low , if you are having the thermal model for this please send me
