ISO3086: Possibility of driver output failure caused by glitch on input signal.

Part Number: ISO3086

Hi support team,

I have some questions about ISO3086.
Does the driver output of ISO3086 respond to a very short time (several ns) of glitches on the driver input signal?
Or is there any possibility of malfunction caused by glitch?

In our customer's system, some glitchs (about 6 ns) are seen on the D input signal of ISO3086 during the D input signal is 'H' period.
From the moment of the first glitch, the differential output (Y - Z) goes 'L' and is fixed.
When the D input changes from 'H' -> 'L' -> 'H', the differential output becomes normal and outputs 'H'.

Is there any possibility that the above phenomenon will occur?

Sincerely,
M. Tachibana
