ISO7842: Power supply current vs temp

Part Number: ISO7842

There is a supply current information in the datasheet. I think it is max value is written because it is all recommended operation range.

The question is the supply current has dependency on temperature? If yes, how trend it has?

Best regards,

  • Hi Toshihiro-san,

Thank you for using E2E forums!

The supply currents of ISO7842, ICC1 & ICC2, monotonically increase with temperature. The maximum number quoted in datasheet incorporates this trend across device’s operating temperature range (-55C to 125C).

I hope this answers your question. Please let me know if you need additional information.

    Best regards,
