Hello Robert,

For the 'LVC125A, go to the Product Folder page: http://www.ti.com/product/SN74LVC125A , click the Quality & packaging tab, you'll see a View link to the MTBF/FIT report, just click on that for the report. Note that there are other Quality/Reliability reports also available.

The TPD6F002 Product Folder page, Quality & packaging tab, the View link is missing for that report. We'll have to find out why; the Product group for that device has been alerted and will provide an answer subsequently.
