Dear Team,

May I have your comments for the schematic?

Please help confirm the wiring of R / RE / DE / D, whether there is a configuration of Pull High / Low
Power meter IC is using Silergy – 78M6610
External 5V power supply, currently using your DCR022405

For clarification, is the customer using the 78M6610 for transmitting UART over RS-485 as shown in the section of the datasheet that includes figure. 26? If so, you only need the one 4.7k pulldown resistor as shown in figure 26.

Also, the isolation forum is only for digital isolation and transformer drivers. The power management forum can handle any questions concerning the DCR022405.

Can you provide a schematic of how the customer is using the ISO3086? How are they achieving isolated power since the DCR022405 is 24V input and a single 5V output?

Dear Lucas,
THanks for the information, I will check with the customer.
For pin6 and pin7 with 4.7kohm pull low, you mentioned is okay.
How about pin5 and pin8 configuration?

Apologies for the late response. Figure 26 seems to show the correct configuration for all pins. Please encourage the customer to also consult with the manufacturer of the DCR022405 for proper UART to RS 485 communications.
