ISO1540: Quality and Reliability data including FIT, MTTF and MTBF

Hi,

I am not able to find Quality and Reliability data including FIT, MTTF and MTBF for following parts on TI.com. I need this information for each part below.

a. ISO1540QDQ1
b. ISO35MDW
c. ISO721MMDREP

    Data for the ISO154x is:

    MTBF: 2.48E+9 hours
    FIT: 0.4


    I apologize that our tool does not display this online - our web team is working on it. Please allow us ~1 day to respond with data for the ISO721 and ISO35.

    Thanks for your patience. I have the other data you have requested now. 

    ISO721MMDREP:

    MTBF: 2.36E+09 hours

    FIT: 0.42

    ISO35MDW:

    MTBF: 1.64E+09 hours

    FIT: 0.61

    I also would like to point out that for some of the parts you have requested data on we have newer parts available which have both improved isolation performance and functional performance:

    ISO721 --> ISO7710

    ISO35 --> ISO1410
