ISO1212: Recommended TVS diode

Hello,

ISO121x datasheet recommends to use some of TVS diodes like VCAN26A2-03S (TVS, Vishay), EZJP0V420WM(Varistor, Panasonic), and GSOT36C (TVS, Vishay).

I believe TI's Flat clamp TVS like TVS3301 can be used instead of these TVS devices. Correct ? I just want to confirm it.

Oba,

The proper TVS diode for you will depend on your particular application. I see that the TVS3301 has a 33V standoff. Are your expected max input voltage levels less than this?
