    Welcome to E2E! Environmental data for ISO7221B and other TI devices can be found in the "Quality & Packaging" tab of the product page, as shown here.

    Clicking in the "Material Content" column leads to the page with RoHS and other material content information, as shown below:


    TI defines "RoHS" to mean semiconductor products that are compliant with the current EU RoHS requirements for all 10 RoHS substances, including the requirement that RoHS substance do not exceed 0.1% by weight in homogeneous materials. Where designed to be soldered at high temperatures, "RoHS" products are suitable for use in specified lead-free processes. TI may reference these types of products as "Pb-Free".

    Is this helpful? For your consideration, the ISO7721 also has RoHS status and is a higher-performing part than ISO7221B; please consider using this newer device instead in your designs.

    For your answer, I tried to download for material content of ISO7221BDR on your link website.
    But I can't clicked TI part number. There is no hyperlink on the website.

    I need data like attached file. The attached file is downloaded on the website.
    Could you provide data of ISO7221BDR about material content?
