Yes; the two isolated sides are completely independent.

Hi Kane,

Since the two dices inside devices are completely isolated from each other and have their own local GND reference, the two supply rail voltages can be independent of each other. VCC1 = 5V, VCC2 = 3.3V is a valid use case. Thanks.
