ISOW7841A-Q1: Top Marking

Part Number: ISOW7841A-Q1

Hi team,

I have a part from yourselves that I cannot confirm the top marking of XISOW7841FAQDWERQ1 the datasheet nor the top marking check on your website give any information for this device, the part marking on the received device is XW7841FA, we have to confirm all top markings upon arrival of parts would you be able to confirm we have received the correct part please.

    Hi Tom,

    Since the device package has limited space for top marking, we usually write only part of the full part number. This can also be shorter or longer based on the package size. In this case, the shorter version of part number in the top marking is "XW7841FA Q1" which represents ISOW7841FAQDWERQ1.

    The 'X' prefix in the part number indicates that this is a pre-release sample (ordered when device is in PREVIEW state) that is intended for evaluation only and not be used for production. The production sample will not have the 'X' suffix. Thanks.
