My customer is using ISO7821FDWWR and they had a noise test to a board which ISO7821FDWWR is equipped on it.
But abnormal heat generation of ISO7821FDWWR occurs.
Even if the noise apply is stopped, abnormal heat generation continues.
If the customer turned off power supply to the board once and then turned on again, abnormal heat generation will be eliminated.
The heat generation center of ISO7821FDWWR is about 82.6℃.
Is there any function(e.g. latch-up?) of ISO7821FDWWR may cause this abnormal heat generation? And how could I eliminate the abnormal？
