In our application more than 60meters distance with a straight cable, two cables individually shielded. We are not using twisted pair cable, cable characteristics will it affect the performance, can you pl confirm we can use this IC or not.

Cable length vs datarate is a common question we get asked and the answer to this is also not very straight forward, there are many dependencies involved. This relationship is also usually applies to most RS-485 transceivers and not specific to any particular device alone. Please see below some of the E2E posts on this topic that have answers provided already. One of them also refers to an application note (https://www.ti.com/lit/slla272) that has sufficient test data for various datarates and cable lengths.
In summary, 1Mbps datarate on ISO1500 for 60m distance seems possible but we would recommend you to conduct sufficient testing to make sure this is validated. We also recommend you to use twister pair to cancel out any common-mode noises.
