In the related thread Lucas_Schulte9 posted, that he has some additional informations on the ISO 11898-2:2016 test standard for the ISO1042-Q1 which cannot be shared on the forum.

I should state a compliance to the ISO 11898-2 standard of my design, but i want to avoid too much measurements due to effort.
So any more information on the feature in the Datasheet "Meets the ISO 11898-2:2016 physical layer standard" would help me in the justification for that.
