What is the frequency of the ISO7221B Internal oscillator?

    Hi Yuta,

    I am assuming you are referring to the oscillator block shown in the block diagram under section 8.2 of ISO7221B datasheet. The frequency of this oscillator is ~100kHz. Let me know if there is any concern that customer has on this internal clock.

    ISO7221B is one of our older family of digital isolators. I would recommend customer to use the latest generation of digital isolators to offer much better overall performance. ISO7721 and ISO6721 are our equivalent latest digital isolator devices that are pin-compatible to ISO7221B. Thanks.

    I am referring to the block diagram under section 9.2 of ISO7221B datasheet.

    I understand that the frequency is 100kHz.

    I will consider ISO 7721 or ISO6721, too.
