What is the difference between ISO1042BQ1 and ISO1042Q1?

Can it be replace on an existing PCB without any HW change and any re-testing/re-validating of the HW?

ISO1042BQ1 and ISO1042Q1 are both automotive devices.
The difference is ISO1042BQ1 meets the basic insulation requirements, and ISO1042Q1 meets the reinforced insulation requirement.

ISO1042BQ1 and ISO1042Q1 have the same footprint, and they can be replaced on an existing PCB.
