ISO7710-Q1: replacement for VOMA618A

Hello Guys,

Good day.

Our customer is looking for a replacement to VISHAY's VOMA618A. This is an optocoupler but any isolation method is fine. Primary requirement is low leakage current ~1uA or less. The VOMA618A has 10-100nA output-side leakage. Will the ISO7710-Q1 be approriate for this?

If not, any low leakage, single channel isolator you can suggest?

    Hi Art,

    Thanks for reaching out. Though we don't specifically characterize the device for the output leakage current with respect to VCC or GND pins, our limited test data indicates this number to be <200nA. So, ISO7710-Q1 should meet customer requirement.
