    Hi Bane,

    IBIS data can be used for simulations with the tools that support use of IBIS models. Please see below E2E post for more details related to IBIS models and the suitable simulation tools.

    Regarding the additional information sought related to device internal circuit, sorry we will not be able to provide this information as this is TI proprietary information. Thanks.
