Thanks for reaching out to us.

Could you please confirm if the package that you are looking for is R-16 (narrow body) or RW-16 (wide body)? ISO6741 is pin-to-pin compatible with ADuM141E but is only available with Wide Body SOIC 16-pin package (TI package code -> DW; ADI package code -> RW). Let me know what package you are looking for, thanks.

Thanks for the confirmation. Sorry, we do not have a digital isolator in R-16 package.
