Part Number: ISO7421
Our customer is using ISO7421 in his design. He had done a EFT burst test, but it failed. The test condition is 1kV, 5kHz, 1 minute. Does this device could bear 1kV EFT burst? If couldn't, kindly suggest some methods to solve this problem.
Thanks for your help in advance.
Would you be able to provide a schematic or diagram of the test setup? Also, what is the source impedance of the EFT burst? Feel free to respond via my work email address.

I haven't heard from you in a while. Has the situation been resolved?
Sorry to reply you so late. I'm unable to connect to our customer, maybe we could close this case.
