I'm trying to use 'ISO5851 gate driver' with totem-pole voltage source for a IGBT(4500V/1200A) gate driver.
The datasheet doesn't tell us any limitations to use the IC. Voltage ratings, current ratings, etc.
I wonder if I could use the IC for 4500V/1200A IGBT gate driver.
