    The fastest I²C speed is Ultra-Fast Mode at 5 MHz.

    For what application is this? Are you really sure that you need bidirectional signals (i.e., both directions on the same signal line), as opposed as two unidirectional signals in opposite directions (as in, e.g., the ISO7321C)?
