ISOW7842: Output current vs Temperature

Hi Team:

The ISOW7842 datasheet show 5V output and 130mA max current.

Could you help me to check whether the high or low temparture can also output 130mA?

If possible, please show the current vs temperature curve. Thanks.

    Hi Derek,

    I have a correction in my previous post. Apologies for a reposting the answer.
    ISOW7842 is capable of providing maximum current of 130mA till 80°C (ambient temperature).
    For temperatures above 80°C, the current should be derated by 2 mA/°C. Please refer to footnote in section 7.9 of datasheet.
