ISOW7841: ISOW7841 Viso output is pulled down to 1V

Hi,

ISOW7841 should be capable of giving 3.3V output upto 130mA load current when an input of 5V is applied.
Could you please clarify a few points?
1) Where was the output voltage measurement done? Was it done directly on the VISO pin of the device? (Pin 16)
2) Is the 40 ohm shown in schematic the load? Is the VCC_FPGA_3V3 shorted to AGND to achieve 80mA load condition?

1.Output voltage is directly on the VISO pin of the device
2.40ohm is magnetic beads not load， 80mA is FPGA（load） directly connected to the 3.3V power supply measured current
