Dear

I need below material for ISO7341 because the certification body needs to provide

1.whether the internal isolation of two capacitors?and what is the capacitance value?
2.what is the AC or DC pressure for one minute?

3.what is the distance between the two electrode plates of each capacitor(the distance need > 0.2mm)?

    Please see my responses below:

    1.whether the internal isolation of two capacitors? and what is the capacitance value?

    [Response] This information is available in the datasheet. The isolation dielectric is SiO2 and the nominal capacitance value between the primary and secondary sides, Cio, is 2.4 pF.


    2.what is the AC or DC pressure for one minute?

    [Response] The maximum isolation rating for one minute is 3000 Vrms or 4242 Vpk.

    3.what is the distance between the two electrode plates of each capacitor(the distance need > 0.2mm)?

    [Response] This is also known as 'Distance through Insulation' or DTI. DTI for ISO7341 is > 13um. This is much smaller than 0.2mm but digital isolators are evaluated for extensive thermal cycle testing by the certification agencies for account for smaller DTI. It depends on which particular standard your end equipment need to comply with to find out if thermal cycle stress is an adequate assurance against smaller DTI.
