Please tell me about TDDB of ISO78xx.
ISO7842: TDDB lifetime data is shown in Figure1 and Figure2 of the data sheet.
Data is stated only when Stress-voltage frequency = 60Hz.
Q1.Can you provide data at high frequencies other than 60Hz?
Q2.If it is higher than Stress-voltage frequency = 60Hz, does it affect the life of the device?
※ Can you comment such as shortening the life span or no change with 60 Hz time?
