Hello. I want to know if the ouput of the iso7321-Q1 are isolated beetween them and can be separted by 400?

  • Hi Mame,

Yes Side1 and Side2 of ISO7321-Q1 are isolated by 400Vrms of working voltage and 3kVrms of isolation voltage as shown below (also mentioned in ISO7321-Q1 datasheet Section 8.3.1.2).

  • hello Rao
thanks you for your response. But i want to know if the output channels of the ISO7321-Q1 can be separated by 500V or more. I look for an isolar which has these ouput isolated beetween them or can maintain 500V working voltage.
  • Hello Mame,

I am not sure if I understand your requirement correctly. ISO7321-Q1 has OUTA one Side1 and OUTB on Side2, if you ask me if these two outputs are isolated I would say yes they are isolated as they are on opposite sides of the die. But do note that OUTA and INB share the same GND1 reference hence they are not isolated. If you are looking for two completely isolated channels then you could use two ISO7310C devices to achieve the same.
If this doesn't answer your question, please do share us more information about your end application so that we can help you better. Thank you.
