ISO7741-Q1: Where are the package dimensions located?

I cannot find them in the datasheet, the PDF package files only contain a 3D drawing and there is no .bxl file available.

    I am sorry that you couldn't find package related information of ISO7741-Q1 from its datasheet. The datasheet usually includes detailed package information, for ISO7741-Q1 it seems like this data went missing just recently. Thank you for reporting this to us, I will with the respective team to get this fixed as soon as possible.
