Hi Sir 

May I know TI digital isolator have pspice/hspice/spectre model or not ?

If ISO7721 have ,it will be better

    Hello Kai,

    Most of TI's digital isolators have IBIS files in the "Tools & Software" tabs of their web pages, including the ISO7721 which is attached or can be found online here: http://www.ti.com/product/ISO7721/toolssoftware

    This behavioral model can be imported to hspice or cadence but not all spice simulation programs. Unfortunately no spice models are available for TI's digital isolators at this time.

    Will this work for your use? Please let me know if you would like help finding out whether your software is compatible or how to import the IBIS file. I will await your response.
