ISO7760: Output automatically pulled down periodically

Hello,

We are using ISO7760 for isolating PWM signals provided to a multiple gate drivers. However, we are now noticing that the output of ISO7760 is being pulled down periodically. Please find the attached cases.

1. A high signal is given at the input but the output isn't continuously high.

2. A fixed duty 25khz signal is given at the input. However the output is pulled down for certain amount periodically.

Please suggest what could be the possible issue.

The output PWM Duty and Frequency is correct. It is just that output is pulled down periodically as seen above.

Hi Shyama,
This behavior is unexpected. Would you be able to provide a schematic capture of what is attached to the ISO7760? If you are not comfortable sharing it on the public forum I have sent you a E2E friend request so you can utilize the private messenger features.
