ISO7731: Does "High Impedance"output terminology

Does "High Impedance"output correspond to "tri-state" output when thinking of a buffer (like a HC125)?

    I believe you are referring to the state of the channel output when its respective enable pin is made LOW. Yes, in this case the channel output goes to high impedance state which is equivalent to tri-state.
