DCP021212:DCP0212 output voltage value is abnormal

Part Number: DCP021212

Hello everyone!
I am using the chip DCP0212 as a power isolation circuit! The output voltage of this isolation circuit should be 12V and 5V.

Now I measure the 13 pins of U5, its output voltage is 22.01V;  the 13 pins of U6, its output voltage is 0.6mV.

Anynoe Who can solve this problem?

Thank you very much!

The following is my schematic:

  • I suspect that your VCC_12V0_FLEX rail is unloaded. These devices require at least a 10% load to keep the voltage in the expected range.
Can you send a waveform of the VCC_5V0_FLEX rail? I suspect this rail is drawing large current at start-up, not allowing the output voltage to rise. The input current on the VCC_12V0 may be limiting the DCP021205U from starting.
You can contact me directly at jarrigo@ti.com to send waveforms or for more questions.
  • Thank you very much for your reply!

we will conduct further testing and will contact you by email if necessary!
