Is there any issue if pin7 and pin14(NC pins) were connected to GND ?

Yes! You can connect the Pin 7 of ISO1042DW to GND1 and Pin 14 of ISO1042DW to GND2.

NC pins do not have any internal connection and hence can be connected to any potential.
