Hello! I am looking for a different way to connect an oscilloscope to a high frequency signal line that transmits analog waves. Currently attaching the scope is causing an impedance mismatch and these parasitic elements are causing voltage ringing to appear. The input impedance to the scope is 1Mohm. The rise time I am working with on my signal is 8ns.
Does anyone know how I can reduce or avoid the voltage ringing? Is there any circuit component or method that could Isolate my scope from the signal to avoid distorting the original signal? Help would be very appreciated!!
