The ISO7720 does not specify the evolution of the current consumption (ICC1, ICC2) in function of temperature. Could you provide that information?

Please refer to this post concerning a similar request. Unfortunately we don't characterize this data for our isolators but the the typical current value is representative of the current consumed at 25C and max current value should be representative of current consumed at 125C.

Welcome to E2E! As Lucas mentioned above, a trend line is not shown graphically on the ISO7720 datasheet, but the typical and maximum current consumption values are specified across operating conditions. If you'd like some data plots, I can capture them using a couple samples in the lab. What are the power supply voltages and inputs you would like to evaluate?
