ISO1541: SDA signal issue

Dear colleague,

Customer's I2C signal chain is OMAPL138 ---> TCA4431A ---> ISO1541 ---> EEPROM, it can't establish communication.

SDA signal is strange.

Could you please give us some suggestions?

Hi Rock,

Could you please help me with the schematic showing the connections of ISO1541 to devices on both sides - TCA4431A & EEPROM. I need to know which side is connected to which device, the part number for EEPROM or its VIH, VIL & VOL levels and see the schematic. This is to make sure all three devices are compatible with each other and do not pose any communication concerns. Thanks.

Please share the information Koteshwar requested above. It will be helpful for our analysis to have a schematic of this system showing both sides of ISO1541 and a part number or datasheet of the EEPROM.

Hi Rock,

If possible, please also share an oscilloscope capture with the SDA waveforms on both sides of the ISO1541 (SDA1 and SDA2) on the same screen.
