Could you tell me what is the reference voltage in the block diagram? I cannot find it in the datasheet.

    Hi Jim,

    VREF is an internal reference voltage whose value directly as VREF might not be very important when VIH and VIL are already defined. VREF voltage is impacts VIH threshold and is given in datasheet as VIHT1, as shown below.
